Home values drop in Denver

Home values drop in Denver, delistings climb, yet real estate experts stress housing market isn’t crashing

Denver’s housing market is slowing for the season, with home prices down and many listings temporarily pulled from the market, but experts say it is not crashing. Delistings are partly strategic, allowing sellers to relist in January with a “fresh” day count to attract buyers. Despite longer selling times and slight price drops, Denver is currently experiencing a balanced market rather than a buyer’s market, which experts see as a positive shift.
