Before real estate, Felix worked in construction and helped build high-end homes for celebrities in Hawaii, Santa Barbara and Malibu. His heart always wanted to be close to the mountains and after visiting Denver in 2008, he realized it was exactly where he wanted to be and made the move in 2015.
His experience in construction made him realize how much he loves helping people transform their houses into their dream homes so getting his real estate license was the logical next step. During his time building high-end homes, Felix learned how to navigate tricky terms of construction and reach deadlines with exceptional results.
Originally from Istanbul, Turkey, Felix grew up working in the family’s textile and fashion business. He remembers being 12 years old and cutting and sewing fabrics in the factory to help out. He went on to study Textile at the University of Istanbul before running an international export-import textile business for eight years. In 2004, his adventure-seeking spirit brought him to the United States where his life truly began. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his daughter, escaping to the woods, taking road trips on his motorcycle and jumping out of airplanes.
