"I had long planned to use a real estate broker friend of mine to help buy my house, but after meeting and getting to know Felix it was clear to me he would be my agent. Before I started the process I referred my boss to him and they were extremely grateful and happy using him. So we asked him to be our agent and he went to work. If you want a hands off agent Felix isn't for you, he is very active. Within minutes we were connected with him online and using home search tools. He listened carefully to what we wanted and we were getting daily search results, he'd send us homes he found and we'd send him ones we liked. I think he works almost 24/7 because he answered every call and responded to every text immediately. It was also really easy to schedule time to see homes and he was patient while we figured out the market. He helped us set expectations and even gracefully mediated arguments between me and my wife. All this was nice, but for my money the real magic started when we found the house. We found a house out of our price range, but he helped us negotiate an offer well below asking and we got under contract. From there he did everything communicating and managing the process with our mortgage broker, loan processor, home inspector, appraiser, the title company and the sellers agent. He made sure all dates were met and made sure if anything needed to be done we knew what and when. I cannot over estimate how easy he made this process for us. At one point I wasn't sure I had the best loan offer and he even got us pre approved with another lender as a backup, which we didn't need. Because he helped us stay on top of everything our closer thanked us for having one of her easiest closings, but it wasn't because of us it was because of our wonderful agent and now dear friend Felix. I haven't spoken to him about this, but I'm pretty sure he believes his purpose in life is to help people realize their real estate dreams. So he focuses on doing that for his clients, not on how much money he will or won't make. Honestly I'm blown away by what and how he did for us. "Cannot recommend Felix & Jesse highly enough. He worked so hard to find the right house for us, he communicated effectively and very quickly any time we needed to contact him, and he never pressured us into a house. He gave advice when requested, but was never pushy about a particular property or a requirement of ours. Additionally, he fought for the house that we wanted at the price we felt was fair and succeeded in making sure we did not overpay, then he fought on our behalf to get the seller to fix some things before closing. On top of all that, he pays for the home inspection and a one year home warranty to cover unexpected repairs, provides a handyman for a day of repairs and a cleaning service upon closing. Since our new house didn't require any cleaning, he gave us a Nest thermostat instead. "Felix was a fabulous realtor for us from the very beginning until the end. From day one he started working with us to prepare our house for the best possible sale at the best possible price. We had some personal challenges along the way and he was always very supportive and helped us work through ALL the issues. Realtors are often considered to be a necessary evil. He helped us at every level of the sale including home prep, update decisions, color selections, references for competent and reasonable contractors, and much more. "We were introduced to Felix through a lender who highly recommended him to help sell our home in Thornton. Felix met at our home at 7 pm on a Saturday night with a presentation and CMA explaining what he thought our home was worth based on similar sales in the neighborhood. He stayed until 10 pm and made sure all of our questions were answered.
This made us feel very comfortable and he sounded like he had a lot of experience so we decided to go with him. "Felix is the most amazing realtor. What we loved most about Felix was his honesty and knowledge of the market. He advised us which properties were overpriced and which were great deals. He treated us like family and never felt like he was in it for his commission. We lived in C.A. and were looking at houses in Denver. We could not fly to Denver to look at every single house we liked. He set up showings for us as we were in Denver and we used FACETIME to see all of the houses we liked. "We all have different personality types. I am skeptical by nature and lean toward a Machiavellian world-view. When I decided I wanted to sell my condo, I was filled with dread at the prospect of finding/committing to a realtor. My friend Jacqueline texted me that she had met a realtor recently so I decided to give him a shot. Felix Luck did a phenomenal job helping me sell my condo! His previous experience as a carpenter was invaluable. I am not terribly handy around the house. We worked together to do some minor things around the condo, such staining the living room railings, repainting walls, and replacing a sink in the upstairs bathroom. Additionally, Felix is an adept negotiator. My condo sold for $275,000 which was $15,000 above ask price. With the current Denver housing market this may not seem like anything special. "Felix was a fabulous realtor for us from the very beginning until the end. From day one he started working with us to prepare our house for the best possible sale at the best possible price. We had some personal challenges along the way and he was always very supportive and helped us work through ALL the issues.
Realtors are often considered to be a necessary evil. Felix is one of the few exceptions. He helped us at every level of the sale including home prep, update decisions, color selections, references for competent and reasonable contractor, and much more.
One example of much more was when we couldn’t wash the second-story windows, he went up the ladder and did it himself.
